Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Soontra, a video collaboration and project management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Soontra on behalf of a team or agency, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
User Accounts and Security
Eligibility
Access to Soontra may require an invite code during certain launch periods.
Verification
Users must provide a valid email address and complete the verification process.
Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password (minimum 8 characters with uppercase and special characters).
Account Lockout
For security, accounts are temporarily locked for 30 minutes after 10 consecutive failed login attempts.
Third-Party Integrations (YouTube)
Soontra allows you to connect your YouTube channel to access performance data within our dashboard.
YouTube Terms
By using our YouTube Analytics integration, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Revocation
You may revoke Soontra's access to your YouTube data at any time via your Google Security Settings or by disconnecting your channel in the Soontra Settings menu.
Data Usage
Soontra requests read-only access and will not upload, modify, or delete content on your YouTube channel.
AI Features and Credits
AI Usage
Features such as the AI Agent, Semantic Search, and Clip Repurpose consume monthly AI credits.
Credit Reset
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
AI Agent
By utilizing the AI Agent, you acknowledge that it may execute "Page Actions" and control UI elements on your behalf based on your natural language inputs.
Payments, Subscriptions, and Storage
Plans
We offer a Free plan and a Pro plan ($29/month or $288/year).
Storage Limits
Free accounts are limited to 100 GB; Pro accounts include 1 TB.
Downgrades
If a Pro account is downgraded to Free, you must reduce your storage usage below 100 GB to continue uploading new files.
Refunds
Annual plans are typically eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Content Ownership and Responsibility
Ownership
You retain all rights to the media assets you upload to Soontra.
Workspace Isolation
Data is isolated per workspace; however, Workspace Owners and Admins are responsible for managing member access and permissions.
Limitation of Liability
Soontra is provided "as is." While we utilize Google Gemini for high-fidelity analysis, we do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated transcripts, descriptions, or virality scores.
