Management Policy
Soontra provides users with full control over their production assets and personal information. This policy outlines the steps to disconnect third-party services and permanently delete data from our platform.

Disconnecting youtube analytics
If you have connected your YouTube channel to Soontra, you can stop the data sync at any time:
Within Soontra
Navigate to Settings > Integrations and click Disconnect YouTube Channel.
Via Google
You can also revoke Soontra’s access directly through your Google Security Settings.
Effect
Once disconnected, Soontra will no longer pull new analytics data. Existing cached analytics will be removed from your dashboard.
deleting media assets and aI data
When you upload videos, images, or audio, Soontra creates AI-indexed metadata (transcripts, scene descriptions, and search embeddings):
Manual Deletion
Right-click any file in the File Manager and select Delete.
Permanent Removal
Deleting a file permanently removes the original file from our cloud storage and immediately purges all associated AI-indexed content from our Semantic Search engine.
Linked Assets
If a file is linked to a project, deleting the file will also remove the link within that project.
Workspace and account deletion
Workspace Deletion
Workspace Owners can delete an entire workspace via Settings > General. This action permanently removes all projects, files, canvases, and comments associated with that workspace.
Member Removal
If a member is removed from a workspace, they immediately lose access to all data, but the projects and files they created remain in the workspace for the team's use.
Account Closure
To fully close your Soontra account and delete your user profile, please contact our support team.
data retention and backups
No Recovery
Once a file, project, or workspace is deleted by a user, it cannot be recovered.
Billing Data
Certain transaction records are retained as required by law and are managed securely through our payment processor, Stripe.
